Yesterday we had a visit from the Hornby/Scalextric rep and we have obtained further information in regards to the release dates of many items.
There have been a lot of cars rolled over to next year as what happened this year. In discussion Scalextric has decided to reduce the amount of releases next year and they claim that they are going to put more reasonalble release dates for their cars in 2012, we also presume that this will ring true for thie Hornby releases, we only hope that this will stop so many items being late as we would say that probable 75%-80% of all their release fail to arrive in the quarter release date they give.
We are waiting for a comprhensive list of the items that are going to be rolled over to 2012 and we will update the site as soon as we have the information and we will also contact anyone who has pre ordered any outstanding items to ensure that you are informed before Christmas to try to stop any dissapointment of items failing to arrive prior for Christmas presents.
